why can't i buy in smaller quantities?

Selling it by the case or shipper allows us to keep our handling and overheads small. This means more money straight back to the producers.

When will my order be processed?

We aim to process orders within two working days. You will receive an automated order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will receive and order shipped email as soon as we have processed your order. If you have not received either of these emails please contact us

do i need an account to shop online?

No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. However, if you create an account you will be able to track your parcel, view past orders and save details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases.

where do you ship to?

We only ship within New Zealand. Read more about our shipping service here.

what forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, GPay and ApplePay.

who do i contact about order issues?

Email us directly on contact@beerwithus.co.nz referencing your order number and we will get back to you a.s.a.p!

i ordered ages ago, where's my order?

We are working as hard as we can to process orders within 1/2 business days. However due to extra workload on our couriers please allow extra time for your delivery. If you are still concerned please contact us.

my products have arrived damaged, what can i do?

Contact us a.s.a.p and we do our best to find a resolution.

who is planetwine? why is it on my statement?

Planetwine is the company supporting Beer with us. They hold the Section 40 license required for delivery and handle payment and dispatch on our behalf.

i need to change or cancel my order, what do i do?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind. You can read more about our T&Cs here.
